Date Night

Well, obviously I didn't win the HGTV Dream Home. Crap. I had already started packing boxes again:) To cheer me up, my fabulous (in touch with his girly side) husband took me to see Sex and The City. I started watching the very first season, and since I'm an insomniac I'm usually up at 2:00 am to catch the reruns. I never get tired of watching them, no matter how many times they play the same one over and over and over again!! Did Fox and TBS just buy the rights to only a few episodes??? I cried a lot. I don't know if it was because I was so excited to see them all again or if I was mourning not winning the Dream Home. Well, I guess there's next year for the Dream Home Giveaway. I'll bet my husband doesn't let me go take a $40 tour of it, though:)

Your house is so much better than that old "green house" anyway. Your house says "Leigh Ann" and that old ugly HGTV house says "I didn't have anyone to love me and decorate me but a bunch of know'it'alls who know they're not going to be living here anyway". SO THERE!!!!!LOL
Love 'ya, SIS

Oh, and any house that charges you $20.00 to take a look see can't have much lurv in it. People can see yours for free and it's just chock FULL of lots of BIG 'OLE HONKIN' LOVE!! Who would trade it?

Sorry you did not win that awesome house. It would have been cool and this week and two weeks from now when I am in HHI I could have met you in person! :) Who won anyway? Probably some rich people who could afford a house like that anyway...well, let's hope not!

tear you didn't win - cause you could have kept the cart and sold the house - how quickly would those green countertops have gotten BORING! your house IS wayyyy better than that one!

It was a beautiful house. But really...your house must be full of so much more love - right?
At least you got to drool a little while you checked it out.
